The virtual office service is aimed not only at people who are just starting their own business, but also at owners of long-established companies.
By choosing to work with VSL-System, you gain the opportunity to legally register your business (limited liability company, etc.) or a non-governmental organisation at the address of our virtual office, located in a 68 square metre space in the heart of Warsaw, at the intersection of Aleja Jerozolimskie and Aleja Jana Pawła II (address: Aleja Jerozolimskie 85, office 21).

We may be running a cheap virtual office – we don't know if it is or isn't the cheapest. What we do know is that, apart from price, we focus on quality and address reliability. We purchase virtual office premises outright, we make sure we have new equipment for scanning correspondence so that it does not break down, and we maintain full compliance with the regulations in force in Poland.

All prices quoted here are monthly net prices. The VAT rate is 23%.
Advertisements, hypermarket flyers, name day, birthday and holiday cards, delivery notices are not scanned if the recipient does not wish to receive registered mail.

Is it possible to receive a scan of a letter if you do not have a scanning package?
Virtual office agreements exclude letter scanning unless you have a correspondence scanning package. However, in light of the pandemic and the constant rush of virtual office customers, we have been scanning letters on request since 1 September 2020.

To receive a scan, please send an email from an address in our database with the following text: "I authorise you to open the letter from the sender .............. received on ................ in order to scan it, with the obligation to pay a minimum of PLN 10 for the scan or, in the case of a letter longer than 20 pages, PLN 0.50 for each page scanned."
