How long have VSL-System virtual offices been operating?
Virtual offices VSL-System began operating in the Śródmieście district of Warsaw in 2010. Throughout our entire history, we have consistently offered low prices for our virtual office services. We have never introduced any radical price increases.

In 2016, premises at 11 Mazowiecka Street were purchased because they are subject to a different tax office in central Warsaw than the first premises.

The secretariat is equipped with a fax-scanner-copier device worth over PLN 10,000 net. There are always two people in the secretariat so that the office remains open in the event of illness or holiday.
Meeting rooms
Every company must hold a board meeting at least once a year, which means that the company's registered office must have meeting rooms. VSL-System virtual offices have two meeting rooms per premises and an additional, unrenovated room per premises, which can be converted into a meeting room if necessary.

The secretariat is equipped with a fax-scanner-copier device worth over PLN 10,000 net. These devices enable professional handling of correspondence and documents.
Why did VSL-System choose Warsaw's city centre?
We have repeatedly considered whether to create a network of virtual offices in the largest cities in Poland. However, an analysis of Asbiro University lectures shows that some industries can be networked without difficulty, while others are better left alone.
Extreme examples are grocery stores and hairdressers. A chain of grocery stores has better prices from suppliers, so Kowalski, who owns a single shop, will not be able to compete with Żabka. The situation is different with hairdressers. There is no advantage to owning 100 hairdressing salons, but in each salon, a hairdresser employed on a fixed-salary contract will be thinking about how to set up their own salon and get 100% of the money from each customer.
