Entry in the Business Register

To register an individual business you should first go to City or Municipal Office
suitable for the place of your residence because you are the person assuming the company.

There you must submit an application for entry in the Business Register.
This request may be submitted in person or by post but then it has to be confirmed
with a notarized signature on the application.

The request includes all data relating to the owner and the company.
As a business address can be given a place of activity or - if we decide to use the service by VSL-System Warsaw Virtual Office - the address which we obtain for our office.

For some time this application is also a proposal to the Statistical Office for giving REGON number,
as well as the application to the Tax Office and Social Insurance. This is a so-called “single point system”.

However, it applies only to those who wish to establish one-man business and choose a form of taxation based on the tax scale.

During the company’s registration it is very important to precise what the company will be dealing with
( PBC numbers ).
